Intriduction
Square Erw pipe making machinein the form of a coil is uncoiled and feed into forming section passing through the equipment of entry section. Entry section enables the pipe mill to run continuously by using strip joining and accumulation equipment.


In welding section pipe is longitudinally welded by using a high-frequency induction welding method. The outside bead is removed and formed in the shape of scrap. The weld seam is ironed and pipe passes through the cooling section. In the sizing section, the pipe is formed to specified size and converted into a specified shape. After sizing, the pipe is cut to specified length by using flying cutting equipment and delivered in collecting troughs passing through the run-out conveyor.

Round tubes, square and rectangular tubes are sizing and shaping in the sizing unit. After sizing, the tube is straightened by turkey-head and then cut to the required length by the flying saw. The fixed length tubes are rapidly carried away from the flying saw through the run-out table and pushed into the table for inspection. This production line meets the production requirements for square tubes, rectangular tubes and round tubes.
