Product Description

Introduction
This cut to length line can be used for leveling and cutting coils into required length.
Steel boards are pressed again and again between the rollers which are working for leveling to eliminate strain in order to get leveled.

This line is mainly used in manufacturing of smelting, car, metal structure, shipping, compression container and container etc. and used in the fields of metal storage, board distribution etc.
The function can be extended if it is used with the relative equipment as required by the customers.

Cut to length production line including: uncoiling, pre-leveling, leveling, cutting and stacking work. The CTL line can make sure of accurate feeding and shearing. It can be widely used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and all the other kinds of metal materials.
