73-168 mm Three-station Pipe hydrostatic tester
Introduction
A hydraulic tester is used to perform leaking and hydraulic pressure test on pipes by filling the pipe with pressurized liquid. The Hydro tester is specifically designed for hydraulic test for ERW pipes with outer diameter ranging from φ73 mm to φ168 mm.
The machine has triple-beam and end sealing structure. It utilizes a low-pressure pump to fill water and a booster pump to pressurize. Controlled by PLC control system, the machine is also equipped by computer display and print system. The machine is suitable for hydraulic test for API5L standard.
