ERW pipe mill
The ERW pipe mill is specialized equipment to produce high frequency straight seam welded pipes for structural pipe and industrial pipe with Φ20mm~Φ500mm and wall thickness of 0.4~18.0mm. Through optimization design, best materials choice, and accurately fabrication and rolls, the whole mill can be reached high precision and high speed. Within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness, pipe production speed can be adjusted.


Process Flow
Uncoiling → leveling machine → shear and butt welding → feeding device → accumulator → leveling machine → edge trimmer → forming machine → HF welder → IF annealing → air cooling roller table→ water cooling → inline UT → sizing → flying saw → pipe receiving bench → beveling machine → hydrotester → offline UT → length measuring and painting → collection
