Hydrostatic tester
Steel pipe Hydrostatic tester is meeting API standard pressure testing. It is applied for hydrostatic testing on seamless steel tubes and ERW tubes.
Differences between an ERW and spiral welded tube tester Longitudinal weld tube hydraulic tester employs outside diameter's sealing or sealing for big gaps; hydraulic tester for spiral welding tubes uses polyurethane to seal the tube end faces, and has the system to keep balance of oil and water. Production flow Support roller lifts and receive pipe → Sending pipe to testing center line → Sealing head pushed to position → Low pressure water filling → Shutting ari and water valve → Pressurization → Pressure maintaining → Record test result → Pressure release → Draining off water → Pipe returning to position → Pipe unloading → Water emptying → Delivering pipe to plant rack
