114 mm to 254 mm Hydrostatic Machine for ERW Pipe
Introduction
A hydraulic tester is used to perform leaking and hydraulic pressure test on pipes by filling the pipe with pressurized liquid. The Hydro tester is specifically designed for hydraulic test for ERW pipes with outer diameter ranging from φ114 mm to φ254 mm.
The machine has triple-beam and end sealing structure. It utilizes a low-pressure pump to fill water and a booster pump to pressurize. Controlled by PLC control system, the machine is also equipped by computer display and print system. The machine is suitable for hydraulic test for API5L standard.

The hydro tester has a double-beam structure, which bears the tension by the two straining beams, the fixed end, and the moving end. The test liquid is filled from the fixed end and the air is exhausted at both ends. There is a pipe lifting device whose lifting height is controlled by the diameter of pipe to be tested. The testing pressure and pressure maintaining time can be automatically controlled, digitally displayed, and manually adjusted by the operator at the control station.
The fixed end consists of a fixed station, a low pressure water valve, a pressure unloading valve, and water supply pipe for low and high pressure each. At the moving end, there are a moving stand, a moving car, a moving cylinder, a hydraulic station, a motor moving device, a hydraulic latch, and an exhaust valve.
According to different lengths of the pipes to be tested, the motor drives the moving end to the appropriate location and is fixed by the hydraulic latch.
