High frequency welded pipe forming line is also known as high frequency straight seam welded pipe forming line, suitable for the carbon strip steel Q195, Q23516Mn and other cold-forming or hot-forming steel strips.
The high frequency welded pipe mainly consists of a uncoiler , a strip leveling machine, a shear and butt-welder, a accumulator, a disc saw, an edge milling machine, a sizing section, a high frequency welding machine, a pipe mold, a fixed length flying saw, a straightening machine, an end facing machine and a hydrostatic testing machine.
