Introduciton
Pipe end-facing and beveling machine is used for facing and beveling process on steel pipe ends. The beveling machine built by HUAYE covers the pipe size range of Φ50 - Φ3500mm. The end facing and beveling fabrication are processed at the same time and finished in one cycle. Equipped with profiling rolls, the machine delivers satisfactory cutting quality. From simple design to high-level configuration, HUAYE provides most suitable selection for different customers. *Pipe end beveling machine can be used to bevel and shape pipes produced by ERW Electric resistance welding and SAW submerged arc welding processes. Machine is used to give the pipe end a desired welding angle.
*Pipe's longitudinal movement is provided by idle and powered conveyors. In addition, pipes carried and moved up and down by hydraulic systems.

Process flow: Align the pipe on bench →carry device → feed the pipe into end-facing center →Hydraulic clamp →press when machine head advance to cutting position → the head return after cutting finished →Clamp open→carry device → pull out the pipe →feed another piece to start next cycle.
