Introduction
A slitting line is a series of machines used to slit broad steel coils into narrower coils with specific width.
The slitter is mainly used for slitting of raw materials like the Stainless Steel Strips, Steel Coil, Carbon Steel Strips, and Copper Strips. The big coils are into a smaller width coils by setting the slitting cutters on cutter stand.
The whole slitting lines are composed of high-precision slitters with quick tooling change for slitter, tensioning device and recoiler. High-capacity recoilless. Extraction from coils without banding. Scrap baller or scrap choppers. Moving tensioning device with incorporated leveling.


 High Speed Precision Steel coil Slitting Line is auto line with operate easily and high productivity, raw material is cold steel, stainless steel, aluminum, pickle steel etc. It is mainly composed of un-coiler, feeder, slitter and re-coiler. Its function is to slit a wide coil to stated width strips coil along with the length direction which can be used for construction product like wall and roof, some door & window frame etc., at same time, changing different material blade can slit various metal coils.

A slitting line can do uncoiling, slitting and recoiling works. It usually works not only for the steel cutting industry, but more commonly for the pipe making industry. A lot of pipe production lines, longitudinal or spiral weld pipe line, start with a slitting line to produce coils with requested width.
